Clark Wakeland

Hi, I’m Clark Wakeland. I’m an engineer living in San Francisco. I love to swim, surf, and hang out with my friends. I’m also getting back into skiing after a ten year break.

As an engineer, I’m interested in how we can enable satellites to make smarter decisions on orbit, and the applications this opens up in areas like defense and natural disaster response.

I swam all through undergrad, grad school, and even one year as a post-grad. Throughout all of that time, my favorite part of swimming was the people I met and interacted with every day. You can read more about my athletic career here.
